ORMOND BEACH, FL-Island Club Associates has acquired the Coral Sands Resort, a hotel comprising 35 campground spaces and 104 rooms on North Ocean Shore Boulevard, from Ocean Shore Investments, LLC. The Ormond Beach property changed hands for $6.15 million.
The beachfront property sits on 8.2 acres of land. Ocean Shore will keep certain property and it will continue to operate the hotel. Charles Wayne negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
