SAN ANTONIO-Scottsdale, Arizona-based MC Companies has acquired the Shadow Valley Apartments, a 250-unit Class B property in Leon Valley, with plans to upgrade and rename the property. The company will equip the property with new fixtures, flooring and appliances and will rename it as The Place at Shadow Valley.
The apartment property sits on a 12-acre plot at 5650 Grissom Road. A Fannie Mae loan was arranged for the deal through Wells Fargo Multi-Family Capital. MC Residential will control the property. For the full story, go to San Antonio Business Journal .
