BRADENTON, FL-Andover Real Estate Partners and Atlas Real Estate Partners have purchased Sawgrass Cove Apartments in Bradenton.

BRADENTON, FL-Andover Real Estate Partners and Atlas Real Estate Partners have purchased Sawgrass Cove Apartments in Bradenton. The two firms have formed the first formal partnership with the acquisition.

Andover and Atlas will operate together to expand their multifamily platform in Florida in the coming 24 months. The apartment community comprises 336 single-, double- and triple-bedroom units. Andover and Atlas are working along with Greystar, the property manager, to revamp the community. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
