PLANTATION, FL-An associate of Palm Beach Gardens-based Ram Realty Partners has purchased the distressed mortgage on Jacaranda Plaza, an 188,077-square-foot retail center at 8101 and 8111 W. Sunrise Blvd. in Plantation. Jacaranda Plaza Partners has acquired the $26.8-million loan on the Publix-anchored shopping center from a CMBS fund controlled by Miami Beach-based LNR Partners.

The shopping center, constructed in 1974, was recently valued at $12.75 million. This is one of the three purchases Ram Realty made in October from an auction. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
