CHICAGO-A venture between Walton Street Capital LLC, a real estate investment firm based in Chicago, and AJ Capital Partners LLC, a hotel company based in Chicago, has agreed to purchase Sutton Place Hotel at 21 E. Bellevue Place in the Gold Coast. The venture has signed a contract to purchase the 246-room property located on the other side of the road from Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse.
