VANCOUVER, WA-San Mateo, California-based The Matteson Companies has purchased Prairie Park Apartments, a 244-unit complex in Vancouver, for $21 million. The company has acquired the 213,884-square-foot complex, situated at 11510 N.E. 112th Dr., for private investors, including Culver City, California-based E&S Ring and Matteson's principals.
Matteson will rename the property, constructed in 2008, as Reflections at the Park after acquisition. Steve Mack with Norris & Stevens Inc. handled the sale. For the full story, go to Portland Business Journal .
