BERLIN-A new Steigenberger Hotel Group hotel will open in Q1 2014 in Berlin's Europacity urban district.

BERLIN-A new Steigenberger Hotel Group hotel will open in Q1 2014 in Berlin's Europacity urban district. PORR Solutions Deutschland GmbH, an investor, has purchased the site from CA Immo for the hotel project, occupying 34,982 square feet.

The InterCityHotel Berlin Hauptbahnhof is coming up beside the site sold by CA Immo, which is constructing the new German headquarters for TOTAL across the station. Two other firms have also bought lots in the Europacity development area for new projects. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
