CONCORD, CA-A division of Westcore Properties has paid $41 million for Concord Corporate Centre, an office complex at 1320 and 1390 Willow Pass in Concord. Germany-based Norddeutsche Landesbank provided a $31-million loan for the acquisition.

An affiliate of Transwestern purchased the Concord office complex in 2007 for $98.5 million. Lately, East Bay buildings are being seized at big discounts and the Concord Corporate Centre property is one of them. The Willow Pass Road property deal was closed on November 4.
