PLANTATION, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has completed the sale of an apartment property in Plantation. A New York-based limited liability company has sold The Landmark Towers located north of West Broward Boulevard, south of West Sunrise Boulevard, east of The Florida Turnpike and west of NW 40th Avenue.
