MEMPHIS-New Life Core Willow Lake LLC, an entity based in California, has paid $7.8 million for Willow Lake Apartments, an 836-unit apartment community at 2774 Mendenhall. The Willow Lake apartment complex was sold by NW Willow Lakes LLC.
