SEATTLE-An affiliate of Houston-based Hines has agreed to purchase Fisher Communications' Fisher Plaza headquarters complex in Seattle. The company will pay $160 million for Fisher Plaza, a two-building complex situated near the Space Needle.
The 300,000-square-foot complex comprises retail space on the ground floor and data-center and office space on the upper five floors. It also has a 504-space underground parking lot. The deal is expected to be completed by the end of this year. For the full story, go to Seattle Times .
