WASHINGTON, DC-The Washington Post reported that Insight Property Group LLC, an apartment developer based in McLean, has paid $10 million for a grocery store on H Street. The company has purchased the 23,500-square-foot building on the 600 block.
Insight is known for its apartment project in Pentagon City, Reston, Rosslyn and Silver Spring. Michael Blum from Insight refused to reveal any plans the company has for the H Street building. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
