DENTON, TX-A joint venture has acquired Golden Triangle Mall, a 765,000-square-foot retail center at Loop 288 and Interstate 35E in Denton. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
GTM Development Ltd. is a joint venture formed by Cencor Realty Services and The MGHerring Group. The joint venture is planning to redevelop the mall in early 2012. The shopping center's major remodeling includes a retail, full-service eateries and improved common areas. MGHerring will execute the redevelopment and Cencor will control the property.
