MANSFIELD, TX-Vista Property Co. has bought the Commons at Walnut Creek, a grocery-anchored retail center measuring 122,273 square feet in Mansfield. The purchase price of the 15.3-acre property was not disclosed.
The Tom Thumb-anchored property is 97% leased to tenants including Baskin Robbins, OneMain Financial, Salvation Army and the UPS Store. Cathy Nabours, Chris Cozby, Chris Gerard and Walter Saad of CBRE brokered the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
