ORLANDO-Waterton Residential has completed the acquisition of Verano, a 384-unit garden-style apartment complex in Kissimmee. The apartment community comprises 16 three-story buildings that contain a mix of 144 single-bedroom, 192 double-bedroom and 48 triple-bedroom units.
Waterton Residential, as part of its Waterton Residential Property Venture XI, purchased the property in October from Lane Company. The community, built in 2008, also includes a fitness center, a clubhouse, a resort-style swimming pool and sundeck, a picnic area, a playground and a large lake.
