
MIAMI-Cushman & Wakefield of Florida, Inc. has completed the sale of a rental apartment community in Miami. A private investment company based in South Florida has paid $14.2 million for the 369-unit Oak Grove Apartments complex at 15401 NE 6th Ave.
The sales price equates to $46 per square foot and $38,482 per unit. The apartment community, built in 1972, was sold by a private investment group from the northeast US. Cushman & Wakefield brokers handled the sale. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
