LONDON-Consulco Capital Real Estate Limited has closed the acquisition of two retail properties in London for Hermes Properties Limited, Consulco's London retail property alliance. Hermes has purchased 442 Kings Road, a retail/restaurant unit leased by Nicolas, for GBP 1,115,000.
In another deal, Hermes has purchased a Tesco Metro store in Lewisham in south east London for GBP 900,000. Ereira Mendoza and Michael Elliott and Partners represented Hermes on the Lewisham property and Kings Road acquisition, respectively. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
