BRAINTREE, MA-Boston-based Shaughnessy & Ahern has bought an industrial/warehouse building measuring 52,200 square feet at 116 Lundquist Drive in Braintree. The building was sold for $3.1 million.
Braintree-based Resources Business Management and Properties Corp. was the seller of the Braintree industrial facility. The property is situated on 4.24 acres of land.
