UNION GROVE, WI-Unco Industries Inc., an organic fertilizer producer based in Racine, has purchased a 51,560-square-foot industrial facility at 1577 N. 11th Ave. in Union Grove and plans to expand its manpower in the next two years. The company has bought the new building Union Grove, Illinois-based Union Grove Joint Venture LLP for $400,000.
