BERLIN-Aberdeen Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH has purchased a residential construction project in Berlin's Prenzlauer Berg district from WGF AG. The new residential project, named La Vie, will come up on the 191,597-square-foot land on Strassburger Strasse and Saarbrucker Strasse and will include 362 rental apartments.
The EUR 100-million project changed hands before construction work could start. It will also include an aparthotel, local shopping facilities and a children's day nursery. The project is expected to be finished by the end of 2014. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
