
ARLINGTON, VA-A company managed by LaSalle Investment Management has purchased One Virginia Square, a 121,000-square-foot building in the Rosslyn-Ballston corridor, for $61.8 million. LPF One Virginia Square LLC has acquired 3601 Wilson Blvd. from TIAA-CREF.
The sales price breaks down to about $511 per square foot. TIAA-CREF bought the building, located at North Monroe Street and Wilson Boulevard in Ballston, for $42.2 million in 2004. The property is 100% occupied by System Planning Corp. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
