
OAKLAND, CA-CallSocket, an Oakland-based international call center services company has seized Tribune Tower, a 21-story building in Oakland. The company is planning to improve the 90,000-square-foot building and establish a 300-person office there.
Lori Bluett with Bluett & Associates marketed the tower for $7 million on behalf of lender ING Direct. The property, located at 409 13th St., was nearly 20% occupied at closing.
