ORLANDO-I-Shops Orlando LLC has purchased Wyndham Orlando Resort, a 1,058-room property situated on the southeast corner of International Drive and Sand Lake Road, for $32.4 million. The resort sits on 42 acres of land.

Teachers Retirement System of the State of Illinois has sold the resort for $771,429 per acre. I-Shops Orlando is planning to redevelop the property into a $100-million retail and dining complex.
