OAKLAND, CA-Bluett & Associates, a commercial real estate firm, has closed the sale of the former Oakland Tribune building. CallSocket LP has paid $8 million for the 85,000-square-foot building in Oakland.
The buyer plans to set up an international call center at the old Oakland Tribune building. CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer and Bluett & Associates represented the seller in the deal. Bluett will continue to manage the property. For the full story, go to Sacramento Business Journal .
