The private equity real property investment firm has bought Cityview Centre, a three-story Class-A office building and The Setting I-III, a 3 three-story building complex, from The Blackstone Group
The Setting I-III, appraised at $17,673,647, and Cityview Centre, appraised at $14,971,009, are located at 1120 and 1122 S. Capital of Texas Hwy., respectively. Brokers from CBRE's Institutional group represented the seller in the deal. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
