ENGLEWOOD, CO-Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado has closed the sale of an office property in Douglas County. KBS Cos. has sold The Point at Inverness, an 186,945-square-foot office building at 8310 S. Valley Highway near County Line Road and Interstate 25, for $27.27 million.
