SAN DIEGO-Partnerships managed by R&V Management Corp. have acquired 316 of the 464 condos at The Missions at Rio Vista, a 30-building apartment property at 2242 Gill Village Way in Mission Valley, San Diego. The partnerships, recognized as Missions I LP and The Missions II LP, have paid $77 million for the condos.
