AUSTIN, TX-Austin-based Barton Creek Capital and Dallas-based Firmus Equity Partners, along with California-based Asset Management Consultants and Dallas-based Maylar LP, have acquired Research Pointe Apartments, 248-unit apartment complex at 8220 Research Blvd. Northwest Austin. The purchase price of the complex was not revealed, but Travis County public records showed that the property was recently valued at $2,223,402.
The complex was nearly 60% occupied at the time of sale. Houston-based Tarantino Properties negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
