GREENVILLE, SC-Bell Partners Inc. has recently acquired three apartment communities containing a total of 682 units in South Carolina, Florida and Texas for roughly $76 million. The company purchased a 310-unit apartment complex in Lake Mary situated in the Orlando-Kissimmee-Sanford area for approximately $34.1 million; the 224-unit Vinings at Brookfield Apartments in Greenville, South Carolina; and the 148-unit Quarry Hill Apartments in Austin for about $21.9 million.
