ALBANY, NY-Developers are planning to start construction by the end of this month on a $3.1-million residential project at the corner of Barrett and Union streets in downtown Schenectady. An empty boarded up building will be demolished to make way for eight townhome apartments.
Each apartment will measure nearly 1,350 square feet of space and will have its own garage. Charles Rosenstein and Chris Maddalone, the developers, have employed J. Luk Construction Co. of Rotterdam to construct the complex. For the full story, go to The Business Review .
