EDEN PRAIRIE, MN-UnitedHealth Group Inc. in Minnetonka has sold the former ADC Telecommunications Inc. headquarters in Eden Prairie for $50 million. The company has sold the 450,000-square-foot, three-building campus to AGNL Health LLC, which uses the address of Angelo Gordon & Co. of New York City.
UnitedHealth Group purchased the campus in June this year for $39.5 million from Switzerland-based Tyco. The company has signed a lease for 12 years to house its Optum health-services branch at the Eden Prairie campus. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal .
