GLEN BURNIE, MD-A division of Chicago-based General Growth Properties has purchased the former Boscov's location at Marley Station Mall. As reported by the Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation, MS Boscov's Acquisition LLC has paid $2.5 million for the 263,410-square-foot building and neighboring 14.4 acres of land in Glen Burnie.
Boscov's closed its store at Marley Station Mall in August 2008. Macy's Retail Holding Inc. was the seller of the Boscov's Glen Burnie site. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
