NASHVILLE-Tony Giarratana, a Nashville developer, has reacquired a parking lot beside the Encore condo tower in SoBro with plans to construct a four-star hotel there. Giarratana's Premier Parking of TN LLC has bought three parcels at 210 Fourth Ave. South for $2.47 million.
The parking lot was sold by Ridgefield Properties. The 315-room hotel will comprise a ballroom, meeting space, fitness center, a street-level restaurant, a pool and below-grade parking. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
