RICHARDSON, TX-The Connor Group, a real estate investment firm based in Ohio, has purchased Arboretum Estates Apartments, a 338-unit apartment complex at 411 Buckingham Road in Richardson. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The multifamily property, which sits on a 14-acre land, was sold by Arboretum Estates Ltd. As reported by the Dallas Central Appraisal District, the complex was last valued at $17.75 million.
