PARIS-Allianz Real Estate has purchased two office buildings comprising approximately 355,209 square feet of office space and 825 parking spaces in Paris area. A real estate fund operated by Credit Suisse has sold the two buildings for roughly EUR 260 million.
The assets, constructed in 2002 and 2005, are leased to various tenants, including L'Audiovisuel Exterieur de la France, Locaposte and les societes Masson (Elsevier group).
