LONDON-Standard Life Investments has bought Ascent Park, a trade park situated on Edinburgh Way in Harlow, for GBP 9.97 million. The property was sold by AXA Real Estate Investment Managers.
The trade park contains nine units. The estate is fully leased to eight tenants, including Multi-tile Limited, Screwfix Direct and Safestore Trading.
