NASHVILLE-Colonial Properties Trust and Turkey Creek Land Partners LLC have sold Colonial Pinnacle Turkey Creek, a 659,000-square-foot regional center in Nashville, for $131.8 million. The Colonial and Turkey Creek join venture has sold the trophy property to an institutional pension fund advisor.
