SILVER SPRING, MD-Forestville Plaza SMA LLC and Forestville Plaza HHL LLC have acquired a two-tenant retail center in Prince George's County for $10.9 million. The 19,620-square-foot shopping center, fully occupied by Sherwin-Williams Co. and Walgreens, was sold by Marlboro Pike Realty LLC.
