FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-A 19-unit condo project in Fort Lauderdale was sold at an $8.8-million discount in a short sale. Cordova Chateaus LLC, a subsidiary of Boca Raton-based Richardson Development, has sold the condo project at 1414 S.E. 12th St. to Williamstown, Massachusetts-based Hemingway Landings for $10 million.

The condo project comprises three structures along a canal that leads to the Intracoastal Waterway. Hemingway Landings financed its acquisition with a $6.1-million loan from NLP Finance and a $6.4-million loan from RM Capital RLOC. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
