FREMONT, CA-San Francisco-based TMG Partners and Boston-based Alcion Ventures have partnered to purchase three vacant industrial buildings in Bayside Technology Park in Fremont. Details of the deal were not revealed.
TMG bought 1.5 million square feet in the park in 2005 and sold it in 2006. The three buildings comprise a total area of 235,000 square feet. Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank's Kurt Heinrich and Chris Shaffer will handle leasing on the three industrial buildings. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
