FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-AIC Ventures, an investment firm based in Austin, has bought a building in Fort Lauderdale from Chrysalis Health, a Florida-based behavioral healthcare agency, in a buy-leaseback deal. The building, which measures 33,000 square feet, is situated at 3800 W. Broward Blvd.

The purchase price of the property was not disclosed. Last month, AIC Ventures bought two Ohio industrial buildings totaling 245,000 square feet from Northern Stamping Inc. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
