GAITHERSBURG, MD-The Goldstar Group of Bethesda has purchased 65 units at the Rosewood complex in Gaithersburg for $7.05 million. Rosewood, a condominium property located at 18318 Streamside Drive, was constructed in 1986 and refurbished in 2005.
The property was sold by Stellar Rosewood LLC. The Rosewood complex was transformed into condos in 2006 and 2007. The complex has 65 unsold units in two buildings. Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
