
LONDON-Hammerson has sold 60 Threadneedle Street, a 214,200-square-foot building situated in the middle of the City of London, to the UK-based real property investment vehicle of the State of Kuwait, St. Martins Property Investments Limited. The net payment for the property is GBP 176 million.
The property, completed in January 2009, comprises nine stories of office space and is leased to tenants including Berenberg Bank, Universities Superannuation Scheme, The Toronto Dominion Bank and Talbot Underwriting. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
