AUSTIN, TX-Richmond, Virginia-based McCann Realty Partners LLC has completed the acquisition of the Remington Hills Apartments, a 248-unit complex at 10601 Manchaca Rd. in South Austin. Georgia-based Pegasus Residential LLC will manage the property.
The complex was constructed in 2008. Jones Lang LaSalle arranged a seven-year Freddie Mac loan for the acquisition. Travis County Appraisal records valued the property at $13,300,000.
