MUNICH-Union Investment has purchased the office complex at Prinzregentenplatz 7-9 in Munich's Bogenhausen district for its fund UniImmo: Deutschland. The office building was sold by Warburg - Henderson Kapitalanlagegesellschaft fur Immobilien mbH.
The 215,601-square-foot office complex is fully leased to several tenants including GlaxoSmithKline and Bardehle Pagenberg. Clifford Chance advised Union Investment, while Munich-based Colliers Schauer & Scholl and Ashurst of Frankfurt/Main advised HIH Hamburgische Immobilienhandlung in the deal.
