ATLANTA-Iron Gate Realty Partners has snapped up the Villas portfolio in Atlanta from Davis Development for $106.5 million. The Villas portfolio contains four buildings totaling 1,168 apartment units.
The portfolio includes Villas at Kennesaw, Villas at West Ridge, Villas at Newnan Crossing and Villas at Sugarloaf. The four buildings were developed between 2005 and 2008.
