
CAMBRIDGE, UK-Orchard Street Investment Management LLP has acquired Radio House and St Andrews House in Cambridge for a combined GBP 15.15 million. The company has purchased the two Cambridge office buildings from AXA Real Estate.
Radio House is a two-story, 41,737-square-foot office/research and development building and Andrew House, completed in 2001, is a three-story, 40,716-square-foot office building.
