ORLANDO-CNL Properties Trust is planning to purchase five senior living properties for $84 million from subsidiaries of Primrose Retirement Communities LLC. The properties include Mansfield Senior Living in Mansfield, Ohio, Marion Senior Living in Marion, Ohio, Sweetwater Senior Living in Billings, Montana, Grand Island Senior Living in Grand Island, Nebraska, and Casper Senior Living in Casper, Wyoming.
