LOS GATOS, CA-Jackson Hole-based MetWest Terra Hospitality has acquired two boutique hotels in Los Gatos for an undisclosed price. The company has purchased the 115-room Toll House and the 102-room Lodge at Tiburon in Los Gatos from Larkspur Hotels.
The two hotels were listed on the market in June 2001 as part of a portfolio jointly owned by Farallon Capital Management and Larkspur.
