FRANKFURT-Gazeley, a supplier of distribution parks and logistics warehouses, has finished a new build-to-suit development in Kassel, Germany, and sold the property to DEKA Immobilien for EUR 35 million. DEKA Immobilien has leased the building to SMA Solar Technology AG.
The sustainable distribution center, developed by Gazeley, is the biggest project so far at Magna Park Kassel. DEKA Immobilien will include the 505,903-square-foot distribution center in its fund WestInvest TargetSelect Logistics. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
